• registration for the Ray-Ban Studio activation,
• delivery of your voucher,
• voucher administration,
• event administration.

If you provide separate consent, we will also use your data to send marketing communications from Lunettes optika, s. r. o.

DATA RETENTION

• Data related to the event are retained for up to 12 months after the event.
• Marketing data are retained until consent is withdrawn, for a maximum of 3 years.

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The organiser of the promotion is:
Lunettes optika, s. r. o.

Visitors who successfully register at the Ray-Ban Studio during Colours of Ostrava will receive:
• one spin on the Gumball Machine,
• one voucher worth CZK 500 for the purchase of Ray-Ban eyewear.

The voucher:
• is valid until 30 September 2026,
• can be redeemed in all Lunettes stores,
• is valid for all Ray-Ban sunglasses and prescription frames,
• cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts,
• is non-transferable,
• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• may be used only once.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude registrations that violate these Terms & Conditions.
